Study Abroad – Canada

Overview

Canada is the second-largest country in the world and is renowned for its quality life and education. Its remote north and boundless forests are inhabited by bears, wolves, beavers, deer, mountain lions, bighorn sheep, raccoons, otters, and rabbits. Its lakes and rivers contain about 20% of all fresh water on Earth, and its fish are abundant. The British monarch is head of state, represented by a governor-general with limited powers.

Canada is renowned for its quality life and education. It offers a vast variety of courses with quite affordable academic programs. Students can also work while studying, and the PGWP allows them to stay and work for three years. Canada is also famous for quality lifestyles, excellent healthcare, and other facilities for personal growth.

From the national perspective, it contains all sections of natural beauty such as mountains, lakes, and forests-one would wish for when looking ahead towards outdoor sports. Its multi-cultural environment and reasonably affordable cost attracts many international students.

General academic entry requirements are attainment of the Canadian High School Diploma, good academic grades in appropriate disciplines, and proficiency test of English Language IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE-Academic. SAT or ACT required for some programs in undergraduate admission, GRE or GMAT scores for graduate programs. Completion of secondary education or its equivalent course of study, good grades in all major subjects, and sufficient scores in English Proficiency tests for undergraduate studies. For post-graduate programs, it calls for an undergraduate degree or its equivalent study course, a good CGPA, and a good score that shows the English language through the English Proficiency Test.
